The positioning, narrative and rare experiences that let a luxury property belong wholly to its place.
Work
True luxury feels effortless, but achieving a seamless experience requires absolute precision. My work spans $100M+ major independent luxury footprints, private club rollouts, and iconic global brand resort openings. I step into complex, high-stakes windows to co-build the brand architecture, align the narrative, and capture early-stage demand—allowing visionary owners and developers to focus on the physical asset while I lead teams to secure the market.
Clients
I partner with owners and visionaries who value discretion, quiet luxury, and the nuances of sustainable hospitality:Heritage Private Member Clubs—formalizing member acquisition and lifestyle positioning for asset values exceeding $100M+.Boutique Hospitality Launches & Reboots—stepping in to architect the Go-to-Market framework.Eco-Luxury Sanctuaries—balancing pristine conservation footprints with elite-tier guest storytelling.

About
The art of welcoming a guest is a lifetime study.
Mine began at UNLV and continued at EHL in Switzerland, and it was shaped early by the service traditions of The Ritz-Carlton. It was a masterclass in quiet luxury: the most profound guest experiences are often the most understated.
I founded KKM to bring independent developers and owners the considered counsel usually reserved for the large hotel brands. Since then I have been part of four luxury pre-opening teams, helping places find the story that could only be theirs.
A luxury property is both an experience and an asset, and the best ones honor both. I look at your property through two lenses: what the thoughtful, discriminating traveler longs to feel there, and what the developer and owner need it to deliver. The work begins with the place itself: its landscape, its history and its people. From that come a narrative, a curated selection of guest experiences, and a language your team can use to tell the story with one voice.
My work is the discipline of protecting what makes a place rare, so that its introduction to the world is as considered as the place itself.
